Design Library Construction

The unification of CAD model base and CAE model base creatively developed by Hunan hiboridd R & D department enables the two model bases to share a set of core parameters, so that the design department and simulation department can quickly optimize and iterate design, and also can quickly create package structure simulation model and related CAD model. The efficiency is 3-5 times of creating CAE model.

Security Verification
Squeeze the battery pack in X and Y directions. When the extrusion reaction force reaches 100kN, the battery pack shall not catch fire and explode. Through CAE analysis, the defects in the structure can be found and solved in time, the correct direction of design can be ensured, the product development cycle can be shortened, and the development cost can be saved.
